Kano Pillars forward Ebuka David has stated that he is sure of the ability of his side to tame league defending Champion Plateau united ahead of today’s heavy weight clash in Kaduna where Pillars currently play her home games.
David speaking in a chat with brila.net said the Sai Masugida will be out to protect their unbeaten start to the league season where they have recorded two draws on the road and a win at home.
He added that the fixture will also be another opportunity to make a statement and climb up the table having been both knocked out in the early stages of CAF inter club competitions.
“This will be our fourth match and we have not lost any match both home and away, I believe Plateau will not be our first loss honestly And I believe we will come out victorious. It will be a great game, both of us are out of the continent and with the pressure on them. I believe we will win the match and go second on the table.”
