William Troost-Ekong is thrilled with Watford’s 3-1 win against Norwich City, in the Premier League on Saturday.
Ekong featured for 90 minutes and was outstanding at the back for the Munoz Xisco’s tutored team.
Ekong’s international teammate Emmanuel Dennis put in front on the 17th minute, before Temo Pukki responded with the equaliser for the visitors.
Senegal star Ismaila Sarr scored twice in the second half to seal the victory for the Hornets on the road.
Reacting to the result, Troost-Ekong described it as a massive boost for the the team.
He wrote on Twitter: ”Massive 3 points on the road!!! Top performance from the boys!”
The win has lifted Watford to 11th position on the table with the 6 points from 5 league outings.
