Former Nigeria international and member of the Nigeria Football Federation’s Technical study group Friday Ekpo has urged the Nigeria Football Federation to maintain the status quo with the situation of things at the national team ahead of the crucial world cup final round Africa qualifiers doubleheader against Ghana in March 2022.
Ekpo speaking in a chat with brila.net said while he wouldn’t object to whatever decision that may be considered afterward, there is the need to keep the shape of the team considering the short time before the important qualifying fixtures between both West African nations.
