Amaju Pinnick deserves a second term as President of Nigeria Football Federation on account of how he has managed the crisis-ridden FA, according to renowned military sports administrator, Emmanuel Okaro.

In 2018 elections into the NFF board will be held, marking the end of Pinnick’s tenure, but the most part of the last three years has been torturous for Nigerian football.

The NFF leadership had been drawn into several court cases challenging his legitimacy.

The current board had also been at loggerheads with national team coaches and players over salaries and bonuses.

However, Okaro maintains that the board has achieved more in spite of the drama that engulfed the FA in its early days.

He endorsed the leadership of the NFF, describing Pinnick and the 1st Vice President, Seyi Akinwunmi as top administrators, who have distinguished themselves on the job.
