Super Eagles Midfielder Etebo Oghenekaro has confirmed that he is very close to joining Turkish Giants Galatasaray from the English Championship side Stoke City.
A source close to the player told Brila.net that the former Warri Wolves midfielder arrived Turkey on Monday from England, he’s expected to sign an agreement with Club and have his medical in the process.
Details will be made available to the public in the coming days later, but the deal is one hundred percent done according to the source.
Etebo spent the second part of last season on loan at Spanish side Getafe and did enough to help the Azulones to an 8th place finish on the table.
He joined the Potters from CD Fereinse in June 2018 for €7.2m and went on to play 37 matched in the 2018/19 season, a run that earned him the club’s player of the season.
