Brila.net understand that the NFF will offer Super Eagles head Coach Gernot Rohr a new contract but with some “strict” provisions.
Rohr is open to listen to offers from other FAs from January 1st, next year, but the NFF will attempt to keep the German until after the World Cup in 2022.
The new contract terms we understand will require that the German “must” live in Nigeria (Lagos or Abuja).
He will be allowed to travel on vacation only 3 times in a year, Brila.net gathered.
Also, the Coach will not get an improved pay from his $55,000 per month deal.
The NFF will also ensure unlike in the past three years where he earned tax free, his income will be levied.
It is uncertain if Rohr will accept the new parameters of his contract, but in the past he has expressed his desire to continue on the job.
