Eze has freshen up Crystal Palace attack – Townsend

Crystal Palace winger Andros Townsend has described Eberechi Eze has a talented player who will vital to the success of the club in future.

 

Eze signed for the Eagles in £16milion deal from Queens Park Rangers last month, and the youngster was given his premier league debut against Southampton last Sunday.

 

Eze also played the full 90 minutes of in Crystal Palace’ Carabao Cup success over Bournemouth on Tuesday.

 

While talking to the club’s website on their transfer business, Townsend said the acquisition of Eze will give the team big lift going forward.

 

“It’s no secret we didn’t score enough goals last season, so obviously you have to bring players in,”Townsend told the club website.

 

“Ebs is an incredible talent, and what he has shown so far is that he will be one for the future. Great business and it freshens up our attack.” he said.

 

Eze is on the rader of his of Nigeria and England, but he’s taking his time before committing his international future to any of them.
