Coach of current NPFL league leaders, Fidelis Ilechukwu has stated that despite been satisfied with his team’s (MFM) performance so far this season he admits that the team have done only done 70% of its work rate and they are getting better by the day. Ilechukwu is confident that MFM will be stronger in the second round.

The coach believes the management of the club should also bring in a psychologist that will make the team improve mentally to increase their chances of remaining among those on top of the log and also go on to win it for the first time in their history.
