FIFA U20 World Cup: We want to End Nigeria’s Jinx against Brazil – John Joshua

Nigeria will tackle Brazil in their final group game at the Estadio Unico Diego Maradona in La Plata this Saturday.

The Flying Eagles will put their unbeaten record in the competition on the line against the wounded Seleção Sub-20.

Although the Flying Eagles have a place in the round of 16, Ramon Menezes’ side must win the game to secure their place.

Brazil have never lost to Nigeria in all their meetings (4-1) in the competition.

Speaking ahead of the game, John Joshua said they are up for the challenge.

“Against Brazil, we want to win another game. It won’t be easy, but we know what’s at stake and our aim is to get all the nine points from the Group.”

“So we aren’t leaving anything to chance,” He told BRL.
