Former Super Eagles player and coach Nduka Ngbade has said that development is more necessary than growth in Nigerian football.
In a chat with brila.net, the former Eaglets assistant coach said he hopes football will continue to develop in the country because it is what we develop that can grow.
“I honestly hope that we continue to develop instead of just grow because whether you like it or not you will grow but you might not be developed – if you don’t do something concerning development, you can grow and not develop but there is no way you will develop without growing so, it is better we develop ourselves and function nicely.”
