FC Robo Queens owner and Coach Emmanuel Osahon has reiterated the need for Nigerian footballers to also get a formal education along with their career.
In a chat with brila.net Osahon disclosed the club ensures its players go as far as obtaining national diplomas to help shape they for greater opportunities beyond football in the future.
The Nigeria Women Professional Football League side is solely funded by the owner who says the compulsory literacy pact with players is facilitated mainly through the partnership with tertiary institutions and some self-funded efforts.
