Gambia International and Real Valladolid of Spain midfielder, Suleyman Marreh has tipped the five African side for Succes in the next summer’s FIFA Mundial in Russia.
The on-loan Watford of England midfielder Marreh spoke to brila.net aftermath of the final world cup draws in Moscow yesterday.
“I believe that with the good preparation, support and prayers of the fans, the African team will succeed at the World Cup”, Suleyman told brila.net.
The 21-year-old former Granada of Spain midfielder also pointed out the objective of his club, Real Valladolid to gain promotion into the Spanish top flight, La Liga.
“Yes, the objective is to gain promotion, and we will keep working hard to get promoted”,
Suleyman pointed out the competition in the Segunda division, saying its a tougher league than the top flight.
“There’s no Barcelona or Real Madrid here, every team is on the same level”, to win a match against any team, you have to be on 100% otherwise, you lose.
