Racing Genk believes Paul Onuachu will be the next player to engineer a transfer out of the club and must quickly shop for a replacement.
Genk, has already been hit by the exit of Junya Ito, Cyriel Dessers, and Theo Bongonda this summer and they are thinking of letting Onuachu leave, to focus on a total rebuild.
Onuachu has not hidden his intention to leave, despite having two years left on his contract.
Genk have identified former forward Ally Samatta as an ideal successor to Onuachu and is confident the striker will be willing to rejoin them from Fenerbahce.
The ex-player of the Limburgers will be could arrive on loan, with the club paying 1.3 million of his salary.
Samatta currently earns more than 2.7 million at Fenerbahce, but he’s out of favor at the club presently and desperately in search of a first-team football.
