Nigerian youngster Gift Orban stole the show with four goals in KAA Gent’s 6-2 win over Zulte Waregem on Sunday.
Orban delivered one of the finest individual performance in the Belgian Jupiler league this season, including scoring a stunning free kick.
Julien Ariel De Sart and Castro-Montes gave the visitors a two-goal lead, before Timothy Derijck pulled one back for Waregem in the 52nd minute.
But, Orban restored the two-goal cushion for Gent before Jelle Vossen responded with another goal for Waregem.
The 20 year-old then scored a stunning third goal in the final 22 minutes of the game to kill any hope of a come back for Waregem.
Gift Orban has now struck eight goals in five league appearances for the Buffalos who continue to breathe down the neck of Club Brugge for a Championship playoff spot.
And as for Zulte Waregem things are starting to look very murky at the bottom of the table.
