Former Super Eagles striker Raphael Chukwu has urged national team coach Gernot Rohr to hand opportunities to a number of fringe Eagles players and players with a good run at club level.
Chukwu speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said the main players are known already and that the best thing would be to ensure that a number of players who played fringe roles during the AFCON qualifiers get tested so as to open up the option to the coach as to what his team look like.
The former Mamelodi Sundown of South Africa forward thereafter added that he is sure the Super Eagles will be better for it eventually.
