The Nigeria international scored two great goals and created another as the Yellow Submarines defeated the European Champions at home for the second time in their history.
“Samu Chukwueze played an extraordinary game, very complete. He has had the efficiency to invent two fabulous goals, but not only that. defensive aids, permanent threats,” Setien told the club’s official website.
Samuel Chukwueze hit double figures of goals and assists for the first time in his career, having scored 13 goals and provided 11 assists across all competitions for Villarreal.
