Former MFM FC coach Fidelis Illechukwu has said that he might not celebrate if his team Heartland FC defeat his former side MFM FC in the first match of the NPFL league season.

Ilechukwu told www.brila.net exclusively that the match is going to be a tough one because most of my players there have been calling me to inform me of their readiness, but it’s football, you will see a new Heartland with a new philosophy.
“We are prepared to take on MFM, the match also will be an emotional match for me because of what the owner of the club has done for me, he said.
The coach further stated that he may celebrate or not celebrate depending on his mood on that day.
Fidelis Illechukwu who started his professional coaching career with MFM FC has guided the club to the continent and maintained a steady pace in the top flight league of the NPFL for more than three seasons before leaving for Heartland of Owerri.
