Former Nigeria international Ifeanyi Udeze says the Super Eagles were not convincing against Guinea Bissau, stating that manager Jose Peseiro has a lot of work to do.
Speaking after the Monday’s 1-0 win, Head Coach Jose Peseiro says the team created plenty opportunities and should have won by bigger margin.
Reacting to the game and Peseiro’s post match interviews, Udeze insists the team didn’t create enough chances over the two legs and it’s a problem that must be solved quickly.
“Jose Peseiro said we created a lot opportunities but I didn’t see the opportunities the thing is we are happy we won the game but Peseiro must find solutions to the problems in the team so that the players will start to play good football and also create chances.
“Whoever told Peseiro that the Eagles created chances for me I didn’t see the chances.“ He said on BrilaFM .
