Super Eagles attacker, Odion Ighalo failed to score as his Chinese club Changchun Yatai suffered a 2-0 defeat to Shandong Luneng in the Chinese Super League clash on Friday.
Ighalo who has scored twenty-one league goals this season couldn’t to add to his tally in the game that saw both sides guilty of missing chances before Shandong Luneng finally opened the scoring in the 36thminutes through Yu Liu before Gill added the second six minutes later.

The result left Changchun Yatai in the 12th place with 31, five points above John Mikel Obi‘s Tianjin Teda who occupies 14th position with 28 points.
