Coach of Nigeria Professional Football League side Heartland FC Fidelis Ilechukwu has revealed that there are finally happy times in the camp of Heartland FC of Owerri after the commencement of payments of salaries of players of the clubs although four months of the eight months is what is been paid.
Ilechukwu speaking in a chat with brila.net expressed delight and confirmed that the payments have begun with some players paid already while others continue the verification that will lead to their payments.
He also revealed that he is excited as he is also set to get his arrears while describing the payment verification exercise as a renewed motivation for the whole team.
