I’ll adopt attacking formation in the second leg against Esperance — Ilechukwu

Plateau United Coach, Fidelis Ilechukwu has revealed his plans for the second leg of the CAF Champions League game against Esperance of Tunisia.

The Peace Boys will travel to Tunisia with a slim advantage, after winning the first leg 2-1 at home over the weekend.

The Fidelis Ilechukwu’s tutored side had to come back from behind to beat the Tunisians at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.

Speaking ahead of the game, the former MFM FC gaffer, admitted that still has a lot to do if they hope to progress, adding that he’ll adopt an attacking strategy in the second leg.

“We will build from what we have achieved here and ensure that we approach the second leg with more strength and vigour.

“We are not going to sit back and defend in the second leg in Tunisia, but we will rather come out all guns blazing because we understand what is at stake.

“I will adopt an all-attacking formation in the return leg to qualify for the group stage which we have already set for ourselves long before now and we are committed to that objective”. He concluded.
