CAF Champions League winning goalkeeper Dele Aiyenugba has hinted that he has no idea when he’ll retire from professional football.

Aiyenugba who helped Enyimba win back to back CAF Champions League titles, says he sees no reason why he should hang his glove sooner, stating that he’s committed to helping young players who are coming through.

Aiyenugba, 39, is currently playing for Nigeria Premier Football League side Kwara United.

He rejoined the team in 2020 after 13 seasons in Israel with four different clubs.

The shot stopper also spent seven years with Nigerian giants, Enyimba where he won ten trophies, including four league titles, two CAF Champions League and two CAF Super Cup.

“To be honest, I don’t know how long I have in the game, but I’m just trying to enjoy everything that comes with the game.

“I’m still motivated to give my best and impart the young players in my team,” He told Brila.net.

Aiyenugba is the current first choice goalkeeper for Kwara United.
