Leicester City finished 9th in the 2018/19 EPL season, same as last season but with a five points improvement, a similar case with midfielder Wilfred Ndidi.
Ndidi recorded the most tackles in the 2017/18 (138) and in successive seasons have held that impressive record.
At the end of the 2018/19 EPL season on Sunday, the Nigeria international had recorded 144 tackles – 6 more than last season.
After the final game, at the King Power Stadium against Chelsea, the midfielder tweeted his readiness for Nigeria’s preparation ahead of the Africa Cup of Nation.

Nigeria is drawn in group B alongside Burundi, Guinea and Madagascar.
