Enyimba striker Victor Mbaoma is delighted to receive his maiden invitation to the Super Eagles squad.
The forward was included in Salisu Yusuf’s 30-man squad for the upcoming test games against Mexico and Ecuador next month.
Reacting to his invitation, the striker said:
“It a privilege, it an honor, to make the super eagles list, am so happy. I owe God everything. ”
The former Remo Stars and Akwa United forward is unarguably one of the hottest properties in the Nigeria Professional Football League at the moment — having scored 12 goals for Enyimba in 24 games this season.
Mbaoma will be hoping to get his chance when the three-time African champions clash with CONCACAF powerhouse Mexico at the AT & T Stadium in Dallas, State of Texas on Saturday, 28th May, and Ecuador at the Red Bull Arena in Harrison on Thursday, 2nd June.
