Super Eagles’ left back Jamilu Collins has dedicated Nigeria’s AFCON 2019 qualifier victory over Libya to his son, Santiago, who’s birthday is today.
The Germany-based left-back again played from start to finish against Libya in Sfax and so could not be with his son on his special day.
“I thank God for the third goal that came in at the nick of time to give us the three points solely desired.
“We won the doubleheader, that shows that hard work, efficiency, and unwavering determination is the key to success.
“From these results, it proves that we are the stronger side than the Mediterranean knights.
“And so I have dedicated this victory to Santiago.”
SC Paderborn 07 player concluded by saying it not yet over until the last match final match of the qualifiers against Seychelles.
