KAA Gent Coach tips Orban for Big Move

KAA Gent head coach, Hein Vanhaezebrouck finally reacted to rumor linking Gift Orban with a transfer away from the club, less than six months after joining the club.

Orban is the biggest success story out of the outgoing Jupiler league season, and has been linked with numerous clubs.

The Nigerian young forward has 21 goals for Gent since his arrival from Norway in January.

The incredible run saw him voted as third best player in the league this season.

Speaking after Gent’s final game of the season, Coach Vanhaezebrouck was impressed with the 20-year-old.

“He is just a phenomenon and a real attraction, whatever we do”, it sounds in Het Nieuwsblad.

Chelsea, Manchester United, Eintracht Frankfurt, Lille and Tottenham are among the clubs said to be interested in his signature.

Vanhaezebrouck however believes the future is bright for the Nigerian.

“He may not immediately play at an absolute top club, but he will certainly show his talent there too,” the gaffer said.
