League debutants, Kada Stars lack maturity in attack and this has been the bane of the team’s progress so far in the NPFL according to team handler, Usman Abubakar who also says he would have to re-orientate his players to upgrade to NPFL standard.
Abubakar told brila.net that indecision as a result of immaturity has been a major set back in the team which has seen them struggle to get desired goals.
“There is lack of maturity in our play. This is a team that needs 2-3 years to plan so that they can be mature. Most of these players have not played in the NPFL, we had to give them an orientation to drop the mindset of the NNL as they are now with the NPFL. The officiating has been good, in fact, great improvement in the officiating”, he wrapped.
Kabiru Sanusi’s stoppage time goal gifted the Kaduna based side the much desired 3 points in a match day 7 fixture against El-kanemi Warriors which ended 2-1.
