Super Eagles midfielder Samuel Kalu expects his adaptation at Watford to be easier, thanks to the Nigerian contingent at the club.
The winger signed for the Hornet on Wednesday and becomes the lasted Super Eagles star to join the Club, after William Troost-Ekong, Oghenekaro Etebo, and Emmanuel Dennis.
Speaking after his move was confirmed, the winger stated that, he’s delighted to join his compatriots at the Club and expects them to help him settle down quickly.
“This club is a very good club and has a lot of good foundations.
“I know [Emmanuel] Dennis very well, and [William] Troost-Ekong, we played together at Gent. I also know [Peter] Etebo, we’ve played together in the national team.
“They will help me a lot. I saw Dennis and Etebo and they were very happy to see me. I know they are going to help me settle at the club.”
Kalu arrives at Vicarage Road with the Hornets in 19th and looking to make progress in the Premier League table.
