Kampala City 2-1 Rivers United: Eguma’s men on the verge of Crashing Out of CAF CC

Rivers United have lost a second game in the CAF Confederation Cup and are now bottom of Group A after they were beaten 2-1 by Kampala City at the Philip Omondi Stadium on Saturday.

Ugandan Striker, Derrick Nsibambi scored a brace, the goals coming between Bolaji Sakin’s spectacular 33rd minute volley.

But that beauty did very little to keep Rivers United in the game or earn them any points in Kampala.

The defeat means the Nigerian side have picked only three points from three matches and are at the risk of getting knocked out.
