Coach of Nigeria Professional Football League side Kano Pillars Ibrahim Musa has stated that revenge is in the air ahead of his side’s meeting with Enugu Rangers at the ongoing Super six later today.
Musa speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said the meeting is one which they have seriously been looking forward to even before now and that beyond the determination to win the league title is the motivation for revenge considering the manner in which Pillars collapse in last year’s Federation cup final where they let a 3 goal lead slip only for Rangers to eventually win on penalties.
“It is our target, we have been looking for Rangers since we lost last year against Rangers in the FA Cup. We lost FA cup against Rangers which we are not supposed to lose.
“We cannot explain how we lost that match buy since we have been looking forward to when we will meet Rangers. We are waiting and by the grace of God, you will see the best of Kano Pillars.”
Rangers and Kano Pillars will go at loggerheads in the day’s first kick off at the ongoing Super Six.
