Kano Pillars embark on two-week break

The management of Nigeria professional football league side Kano Pillars Football Club has grant its players and technical crew a two-week break for Christmas and New Year celebrations after a successful pre-season.

The Club endured a torrid 2018 losing the 2018 Aiteo Cup final to Rangers International of Enugu on penalties from winning position.

 

The Sai Masu Gida however turned thing around winning the 2018 Ahlan pre season tournament held in Kano, with the Club now decided that it’s time for the team to go on break.

At the end of training session on Friday Club secretary Sayyadi Abdullahi told they are free to and celebrate the festive period with their family and friends and they are expected to be back at training ground on 2/1/2019.

The Club however extended the club management Christmas and new year message in advance to the Christians players and other Christians football family in the state and country as a whole and wish them successful celebrations.
