Kelechi Iheanacho, Lookman and Iwobi face-off ended in a draw

Kelechi Iheanacho and Ademola Lookman were involved in Leicester City’s Premier League clash with Alex Iwobi’s Everton at the Goodison Park on Wednesday.

 

While Ihenacho and Iwobi started the game, Ademola Lookman came on in the second half of the game which was played at the Goodison Park.

 

The clash ended in a 1-1 draw and Ihenacho is the creator of Leicester City’s goal scored by Harvey Barnes in the 5th minute of the first half.

 

Kelechi Iheanacho’s shot from James Maddison’s cutback fell into his path and the English man fired into the back of the net.

 

In the second half, The former Manchester City man later made way for Zambian star Patson Daka, and Ademola Lookman took the place of goalscorer Harvey Barnes.

 

Leicester City looked to have condemned Iwobi and his teammates to a third consecutive and eighth home Premier League defeat of the season until Richarlison changed the story with a goal in the final minute.

 

The Brazilian who had wasted numerous opportunities made amend in the second minute of added time when he found the far corner to spark jubilant scenes at a restless Goodison.

 

The draw sees Everton establish a four-point lead with seven games remaining over relegation rivals Burnley, who host Southampton on Thursday, while Leicester stays in the ninth position.
