Uchenna Kanu nets fifth goal of the season in Sweden

Super Falcons forward Uchenna Kanu was on target for her club Linkopings in their 4-1 win over Orebro in Swedish Damallsvenskan match on Monday.

The striker has now scored five goals for the club in the league in 2020-2021 Swedish Damallsvenskan campaign.

Cornelia Kapocs put Linkopings FC inside the opening 12th minute, before Frida Leonhardsen made it 2-0 in the 48th minute.

Cornelia Kapocs got her second of the game for Linkopings FC in the 57th minute, thanks to an assist from Uchenna Kanu.

Kanu however wrapped up the scoring with the fourth goal of the game in the 65th minute.

The former Sevilla forward received a yellow card in the 74th minute and was replaced by Ella Bjorkman in the 86th minute.

Linkopings FC occupy fifth position on the league table with 16 points from 10 games.
