Nigerian born Molde FK striker Leke James says he is not given up his hope of playing in the English Premier League.
The 27-year-old striker also added that he has a chance of playing in the English Premiership, but cited work permits as one of the major obstacle blocking his dream move.
“At 27 years I can still play in England by God grace if I get the opportunity to play there, though work permits has been the issue over the years, hopefully, that will be sorted out soon and when the opportunity arises, I will be glad to play there,” he told MSN on Monday.
James, who also had a spell in the Chinese Super League with Beijing Enterprises also shared his experience in China.
“My time in China was a great experience having played in Europe it was nice to see what football looks like in Asia, it was a good experience for me.
“I was impressed because of the mindset I had going to China, I was thinking it will be very easy for me there but when I got there I was surprised at the level it was beyond what I was thinking, it was a good one new culture, different mentality it was a good experience for me”, he concluded.
