Wigan have not lost a game when Leon Balogun played and on Saturday the Latics extended their unbeaten streak in that time to five, stunning the Championship leaders West Brom 1-0 at the Hawthorns.
Balogun started his fourth game since joining Wigan on loan from Brighton and helped his side pick up another W, the third in a stretch.
The CB celebrated the team’s form with a tweet on Sunday:
All good things come in 3 – 3^3 pts, 3 wins, 3 clean sheets. Happy Sunday

On the day, the game pit Balogun against his Super Eagles teammate, Semi Ajayi, who played the entire duration.
The duo battled for their respective sides on the defensive ends putting up impressive numbers.
In Aerial duels, Interceptions, Blocks, Tackles and Blocks the Center Halves tried to outdo each other.
However it was Ajayi who would eventual succumb as Sam Morsy’s 73rd minute strike broke the deadlock and it proved winner.
The victory propelled Paul Cook’s side out of the relegation zone and four points into safety.
