Liverpool’s Brazilian forward Roberto Firmino is reportedly doubtful for Tuesday’s Champions League clash with French giants, Paris Saint Germain.
The Brazilian sustained an unserious injury last weekend in their game with Spurs and was substituted in the second half of the game after clashing with opposition defender Jan Vertongen.
According to the manager, Jurgen Klopp in a report said that the forward will be fine after suffering from an eye injury and might be fit for Tuesday game against Paris saint german in the UEFA champion league.
klopp also stated that the team were in fears considering the fact that the star is one of there key players and prays he gets better before Tuesday game, he further said “we all saw the scenario of how it happened and we were very worried if he will be out for long, but our worries are over so he will be fine.
We were in direct contact with him and it improved already but at this moment I can’t say if he will fit for Tuesday clash he added.
Should the forward be unable to take his place in the center forward, Daniel Sturridge will have to take his spot.
