Enugu Rangers boss Abdu Maikaba has rued the way the second stanza of the league has been and wants the League Management Company to look into this moving forward after the Flying Antelopes 1-0 loss to Gombe United which effectively killed Rangers hopes of playing for a continental ticket on the final of the league.
Maikaba speaking in a chat with www.brila.net attributed his team’s struggles to a number of desperate measures by teams and hope that the LMC will look for a better way to have a second round of the season in subsequent seasons.
Rangers will now switch their attention to winning the Federation cup to have any chance of playing on the continent next season.
