Milan, Lazio join the race for Victor Boniface

Victor Boniface could be the next Nigerian player to move to one of Europe’s top five leagues following interest from different clubs.

Boniface has manifested the talent that so many within the club foreshadowed to mve elsewhere in the future.

Serie A giants AC Milan, alongside Lazio are believed to be one of a number of European clubs keen on Boniface who has left the door open to an exit.

Boniface was previously linked with Napoli and Union Berlin, but Lazio and Milan have now joined the race to sign him, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Nigerian forward is having a good time with Union Saint Gilloise in the Belgium Pro League.

The 22-year-old has scored 19 goals across all competitions this season along with six for Union Saint-Gilloise.

Napoli reportedly sees the forward as the ideal replacement for in demand Victor Osimhen, while Union Berlin penciled him for potential summer transfer after his fine showing against them in the Europa League.

Boniface is in his second season at Union Saint Gilloise after joining from Norwegian side Bodo Glint and it is understood that, the club could a fee in the region of £10m to £15m for the Nigerian.
