Super Eagles forward, Terem Moffi has expressed his admiration for the quality of NPFL players in the current national team squad.

Moffi stated that that talent should be the primary criterion for selection, regardless of where a player competes.

“In my opinion, if you’re good enough, no matter where you play, it means you can play wherever,” the OGC Nice Forward told Brila.net. “

“You can play in the Nigerian league, and as long as you’re good, then you can play wherever.”

He further added, “So they are really good players with us. We’ve trained with them, they’re really good, and we’re happy to have them.”

“Judging by the players I’ve played with and that I know, I feel like they’ve got really good quality in the league.

“We just need to nurture them and try to elevate the league higher and higher, and we’ll get really good players.”
