General secretary of the Nigeria Football Federation Dr. Mohammed Sanusi has lauded the new CAF leadership.
This come off the prompt action with the announcement of the sum of 100,000 USD to be disbursed to African football federations and 20,000 USD to Federation’s Presidents.
Sanusi who is in Manama, Bahrain for the FIFA Congress was present at the CAF congress which held before the start of the FIFA congress and expressed the joy of the Federation at the provision of this largesse from CAF.
Meanwhile former scribe of the NFF Dr. Tijani Yusuf has advised that the 100,000 USD subvention from CAF to the African Football Federation should be used for developmental purpose in the case of Nigeria and that the money shouldn’t be diverted for other purpose. Yusuf told Brila.net exclusively that the subvention is a big reprival for the Nigeria football Federation and that this will to an extent help in executing some programs by the Federation.
