Moses Simon talks tough ahead of clash with Cameroon

FC Nantes defender Simon Moses is confident the Super Eagles will be ready for the doubleheader friendlies against Cameroon.

The Super Eagles will be missing some key players due to different injuries, but Simon remain confident in the ability of the boys in camp.

The African giants will trade tackles on Friday June 4 in Austria before meeting again four days later at the same venue.

Speaking ahead of the game, Simon said he expecting a the Super Eagles to compete very well against their fierce rivals.

“We know Cameroon is not an easy team, we’ve beaten them three or four times in a row,” Simon told Super Eagles Media after the team’s training on Wednesday.

“We know they will be prepared but I believe we will be ready for them.”

Simon added the he’s delighted to be back in the fold after missing the African cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin Republic and Lesotho:” It was fantastic and the session we did today was good.”

“It is good they welcome me well and I thank the players for that.” he concluded.
