My Partner is White — Victor Osimhen

Victor Osimhen has kept his love life away from the public, but the Nigerian striker finally revealed some details about his relationship.

Osimhen has became a hero to young Napoli fans, many of whom try to emulate him by pursuing their dream in the round leather game.

While the Nigerian has enjoyed success on the pitch, he’s had to deal with some negative moment in Italy, and mostly has to do with racial abuses from opposing fans.

On August 2022, the Forward was racially abused by some fans of Hellas Verona which led the club being fined €12,000 by the Italian Serie A disciplinary Commission.

A section of the home support launched monkey chants at the Striker, one of the episodes of racist chanting that rocked Italian football.

The Nigerian however was asked about the issue of racism and what can be done about it in 2023.

“I will use everything at my disposal to defeat racism. It is not nice to be judged by the colour of your skin. Every parent must make their children understand it is wrong.

“My partner is white, so are many of my friends and I love them all. This racism has to end, because it psychologically damages so many kids,” Osimhen told TG5.

Osimhen welcomed a daughter with his partner last year and has dedicated some of his goals to her.
