Napoli boss Luciano Spalleti has described his Nigerian import, Victor Osimhen as a deadly striker.
This is coming after the 23-year-old helped Napoli secured a point at home against Inter Milan last Saturday.
Osimhen won the penalty scored by Lorenzo Insigne in the first half of the game.
Osimhen is expected to be in action again when Napoli take on Barcelona in the knock phase of the Europa League.
In a chat with the media, Spalletti hailed the Nigerian, but did not forget to point out that the former Lille star still has some work to do.
“A deadly striker, he has infinite potential,” Spalletti told Sky Sport Italia.
“Sometimes he disconnects a little from the team because he goes to attack three or four opponents alone, or other times he cuts towards the flag. ” He concluded.
Osimhen has scored ten goals and won four penalties for Napoli in all competitions this season.
