Nasarawa united striker Hassan Adamu has downplayed the threat posed by Enyimba ahead of today’s NPFL matchday 8 clash between both side at the Lafia Township stadium just days after the Solid Miners lost their unbeaten start to the current league season courtesy of a 1-0 defeat in Jos to Plateau united.
And ahead of the team’s next clash Wednesday against Enyimba Adamu speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that there will be no hiding place for the People’s Elephant who doesn’t have as much effects on the field like their name would suggest again. He added that Nasarawa will be out to win as the team can’t afford to lose back to back games in the league.
“Enyimba is big by name not like play, so as we are now we are ready for them,we lost our last match and we can’t afford to lose again. We are really prepared and that loss we have put it aside. We are playing to continue our winning way by the grace of God, highest they will reduce the goal, we will get them well.”
