Plateau United and Nasarawa United played out a 1-1 draw in an exhibition game on Wednesday as both teams step up preparations for the coming Nigeria Professional Football League season.
The game saw both side parade their new recruited players in order to build a synergy with the Old ones and both coaches also use the opportunity to try out new tactics.
The Solid Miners took the lead through Nwani Ikechukwu who took advantage of David Obiazo’s error to register the first goal of the game.
In the second half, Chizoba Amaufele got to the end of King Osanga’s corner to equalize for the Abdul Maikaba’s side as the game ended a goal apiece.
Nasarawa United will continue their preparation as they are expected to take on Abubakar Bala’s Kwara United later on Thursday.
