President of the Nigeria Basketball Federation Ahmadu Musa Kida has stated that the Federation is ready to ensure they put everything in just in order to hand the Nigeria basketball men national team D’Tigers the best in terms of preparation.
And with the NBBF announcing that two international friendlies against the Dominican Republic and Canada have been secured, Kida told www.brila.net that the NBBF is in top gear as far as preparation is concerned but haven’t completely decided on the players to earn a call to the national team.
“We need to put everything in to prepare very well for China, for us the key will be very good preparation which we started in the arrangement of the friendlies and the kind of communication we have with potential NBA players that will play for us. So clearly it’s not finalized yet but we are in real top gear.”
Nigeria will play Dominico republic a d Canada in two friendlies sealed ready by the NBBF and will open camp in the USA before moving to Canada.
