Following his side hard fought win over Liberia, Gernot Rohr disclosed that the return of Wilfred Ndidi and Alex Iwobi improved the his side.
Ndidi and Iwobi started as Rohr’s team defeated Liberia 2-0 in a FIFA World Cup qualifying match played in Morroco on Saturday.

Meanwhile, The Super Eagles struggled to breakdown the Lone Stars and managed to get the three points from penalty spot.
Rohr admitted, the performance isn’t good enough, and stated they have to alot of work to do.
“I admit that we really need to work on our attacking play, there isstill a lot of work to do.”
“So, we are happy with the victory, we knew before the match that itwould be difficult to beat Liberia. We saw the videos of their gamesto have lost in the last minutes when they deserved to have got a draw.
“But I am happy that we did not concede any goal. Whether penalty or not, I am very happy that we won the game and picked up all the three points on offer.” The Franco-German stated.
