Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, is sad after Super Eagles failed to qualify for the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup finals in Qatar.
Ndidi who missed the game, due to injury was shocked as the Super Eagles failed to beat Ghana in the second leg of the playoff on Tuesday.
The Super Eagles played out a 1-1 draw with the Black Stars to the missed out on the tournament on away goal rules after the first leg ended without a goal.
Reacting to the result, Ndidi took to his Twitter and expressed his disappointment.
“Wow,” Ndidi tweeted with a Sad Emoji.
The Super Eagles have now failed to qualify for the World Cup for the first time since 2006.
