Wilfred Ndidi was impressive in Leicester City’s FA Cup victory over Stoke City who themselves paraded former Super Eagles captain John Mikel Obi.
Ndidi was one of the best on the pitch after putting a great shift for the Foxes in the midfield.
In 90 minutes, Ndidi had 82 touches of the ball, made 2 interceptions, won 2 tackles, and completed 87.5% of long passes attempted.
The former Gent of Belgium midfielder was given a 7.4 rating after the final whistle.
Meanwhile, John Mikel Obi also had a good time on the pitch for the hosts, but his efforts couldn’t save his side against the rampaging Foxes.
Mikel who captained the Potters also featured for 90 minutes and he led by example on the pitch with 41 touches, 97% pass accuracy, 4 interceptions to his name.
James Justin, Ayoze Perez, Marc Albrighton, and Harvey Barnes scored the goals as Leicester City progressed into the next round of the competition.
James Justin put the Foxes in front with a fine strike in the 34th minute, before Marc Albrighton doubled the lead with a 59th-minute.
Ayoze Perez made it 3-0 with 11 minutes of normal time to go, and Harvey Barnes completed the route two minutes later.
