Ndubuisi Egbo’s tutored side KF Tirana suffered defeat in the Albanian Super Cup on Monday.
The Nigerian coach watched from the sideline as his boys fell 2 – 1 to Teuta Durres in the Albanian Super Cup.
It was another disappointing night for Egbo, who also lost the final to the same team of the Albanian cup shortly after helping his team to the league title.
Going into the final Tirana, holds the record for the most wins in the competition with 11 Super Cup titles, with their last triumph coming three years ago.
Rubin Hebaj put Teuta Durres ahead in the 21st minutes and he completed his brace ten minutes later.
Jurgen Vrapi reduced the deficit for FK Tirana in the 78th minutes, but the cup champions survived a late pressure to see out the win.
The result is another blow for Egbo and his boys, it would be recalled that they were also knocked out of the UEFA Champions League last week.
